DRIVE THRU - RESTAURANT | LOCATION : Saudi Arabia
In wake of the innumerable changes that the pandemic has brought to our lives, increased drive-thru usage the new norm for today’s consumers.
Drive-thrus account for up to 70 percent of the average quick-serve restaurant’s sales, so getting the design right is critical. Since the majority of customers will be using the drive thru, we aimed to make the customer experience in that space as stress-free and easy to navigate as possible.
